Introduction

The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and Goose Green Trading. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you undertake that all information given is accurate and complete.

To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make amendments prior to despatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.

All orders are subject to your acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description.

Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Goose Green Trading for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the despatch of the item(s).

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will notify you as soon as is practical and refund your card within 7 days of so doing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value unless otherwise stated.

Sale

There are no returns on sale items.

Payment

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card, debit card. Payment is made using PayPal, who currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within two working days of the order being accepted.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is indicative and, unless otherwise stated, not guaranteed. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.

Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Your Right to Cancel

You can cancel this contract in writing within 14 days of placing the order. If you do cancel the contract within this time, and your order has been despatched, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 10 days of us receiving the returned products. A refund on your delivery cost only applies to our Standard postage service. You are liable to cover the cost of return postage to us.

Limitations of Liability

Goose Green Trading tries to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy and Goose Green Trading will not be responsible for any missing information or for the results arising from the use of such information.

Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

Our website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.

Data Protection

You may browse our website at Goose Green Trading without giving us any of your personal information. However, if you wish to make a purchase or sign up for mailing list, you will be required to give us your email address so that we can fulfil your request. We keep a record of this information in our database so we may recognise you as a customer. We also keep a record of your purchases and we often save email correspondence so we may track questions or concerns you may have with our products or service. If any of this personal information is transmitted, it is encrypted (using 128-bit encryption technology). Otherwise, it is always password-protected and stored on a secure server. Our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the UK Data Protection Act.

RETURNS

 

We take the upmost care in our packaging and delivery but know that sometimes when a package leaves our hands it may be damaged in transit. In this rare event and if your item does arrive damaged let us know via our contact page.  

All items for refund should be sent back in a resalable condition within 14 days of receipt as long as those are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached. 

Simply fill in the returns form on your despatch note, indicating the reason for return.  Send it back to us at Goose Green Trading, 63 High Street, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, SO43 7BE. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment. 

We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days. 

 

Faulty Items

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty (or it is not the item you have ordered), please contact us on 02381780250 or email and we will advise on what to do next  info@goosegreentrading.co.uk .

All website users are required to be aware of, and to agree with, all of the above terms and conditions. By placing an order with Goose green of Lyndhurst, the consumer automatically agrees to all of our terms and conditions. Client’s details are stored in our client list and will receive our newsletter and email updates. If you would prefer not to receive emails from us you will have to unsubscribe via your mail server.
